I took ballet from the time I was 5 until I graduated high school. There were years in there where I didn't like the discipline it involved or wearing a leotard and tights. But I think it is a beautiful art...the good ones make it look so elegant and easy. Well, I decided to take a ballet class again. And it is not easy, but it is so fun..I know I don't look elegant but I am having a great time doing it. It takes so much concentration and I think I am using a different part of my brain and emotions and who knows what else than I have in awhile. I look forward to that hour every week!
